The Founder’s Journey

My name is Fidele Nigena, and my path into IT began at 15 under the mentorship of a seasoned systems engineer. He opened the door for me to work at a Managed Service Provider (MSP), where I learned firsthand that excellence in IT requires accountability, precision, and adaptability. At the MSP, every ticket wasn’t just a task—it was a test of trust. I had to document everything, justify every recommendation, and deliver outcomes that built confidence in our team’s expertise.

Over time, I expanded my skillset across support, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and strategic consulting. I’ve worked everywhere from R&D labs to large manufacturing plants, supporting teams from a dozen to thousands. My journey took me from Roanoke, Virginia to Ohio, supporting national organizations like Cleveland-Cliffs and Advanced Composites. Each experience taught me that technology is never just hardware or code—it’s trust, relationships, and resilience.
